These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of solar panel systems and related services by Sunovia s.r.o. (“Sunovia”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to its customers (“Customer”, “you”). By entering into a contract with Sunovia, you agree to these Terms.1. Scope of ServicesSunovia provides the following services: Design, supply, and installation of solar panel systems.
Support with required permits, subsidies, and documentation (if agreed).
Maintenance and after-sales support.
Warranty services in accordance with Section 5.
2. Orders and ContractsA contract is formed once both parties sign a written agreement or the Customer accepts a quotation in writing.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Sunovia reserves the right to decline or cancel orders due to technical, regulatory, or financial reasons.
3. Customer ObligationsThe Customer agrees to:Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and energy needs.
Obtain landlord or homeowners’ association approval if required.
Ensure that installation premises are safe and accessible.
Pay invoices in accordance with Section 4.
4. Prices and Payment All prices are provided in Czech crowns (CZK), including or excluding VAT as specified.
Payment terms are defined in the contract (e.g., deposit + final payment).
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may incur statutory default interest under Czech law.
5. Warranty and Liability Solar panels and inverters are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10–25 years).
Installation workmanship is warranted by Sunovia for 5 years.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper use or lack of maintenance.
Extreme weather events or force majeure.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Sunovia is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or energy production variability beyond contractual guarantees.
6. Withdrawal and Termination
If the Customer is a consumer (not a business), they have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days, unless installation work has already begun with their consent.
Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party materially breaches the Terms.
7. Data Protection
Sunovia processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the company website.8. Governing Law and JurisdictionThese Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Brno.
9. Final Provisions
Sunovia reserves the right to update these Terms. Any changes will be published on the official website.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
